Are we discussing mac and cheese? 
If so, I don't eat it.
However, if we're referring to macaroni pasta, then yes, I do enjoy it. It's more about the specific dish I'm preparing and my personal preferences. While I appreciate macaroni (elbow pasta), I don't use it very often. Instead, I tend to favour other short pasta varieties a little more.

KD (Kraft Dinner...aka mac and cheese) is my favourite. I also enjoy macaroni with just butter or with sour cream.
Homemade old school mac n cheese is such comfort food!
