Man arrested after taking upskirt photos in Wal-Mart

A man has been arrested after he allegedly took upskirt photographs of two shoppers at a supermarket.

John Wiggins, 55, was arrested after he reportedly used a smartphone to take the dirty snaps of two women shopping in a Wal-Mart in Short Pump, Virginia.

He allegedly pretended to drop a box of pasta and took the photos while crouching near women to pick it up.

But he was caught when one woman suspected that she was being photographed and told her husband of her suspicions.

He followed Wiggins and then took a photo of him performing the same trick on an unsuspecting shopper.

The woman in the photo has said that the intrusion left her traumatized and afraid to wear dresses while shopping.

‘I definitely haven’t worn a dress out shopping – and I don’t know when I’ll do that again,’ she said.

Wiggins previously worked as a teacher at Clover Hill High School, but was fired after the allegations came to light.

‘He doesn’t need to be around children,’ one parent said.

Wiggins has been charged with two counts of unlawful filming and is due to appear in court on July 23.

I'd take the opportunity to boot the guy in the head while he's down there.

But I don't get it... what's sexy about underpants? Do women wear no panties under their dresses in Virginia or does this guy just have a pants fetish? I can't for the life of me see how a grainy mobile phone photo of someone's underwear could be arousing.
