GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10)– State police arrested a Glens Falls man on Wednesday for allegedly possessing child sex abuse images. Terry Usher, 25, was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Usher is accused of having pictures consistent with child exploitation after a search warrant was issued for his home, police said. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Usher was processed at the State Police barracks in Queensbury. He was issued an appearance ticket for Glens Falls City Court on Tuesday, July 11, and released.
