Man cuddles up to fox in bed

A man woke up for a cuddle with his girlfriend, only to find a fox in bed next to him.

The Sun reports that Leon Smith was dozing when he thought his other half had nuzzled the back of his neck.

But reaching out for a cuddle, Leon felt fur and found himself in bed with a fox who had come in through the cat flap.

Leon, from Hampton Hill in London, told The Sun: "I just couldn't believe it. It was so calm, just staring at me."

The IT worker had a tense ten-minute stand-off on the landing after the fox ran out of the bedroom, eventually chasing it out of the house.
