Do you use the Mark all read feature on forums?

I do that with brand new forums, but with forums that have been around for a while, have loads of posts, etc. Then I don't use it. It all depends on how big the forum is and how many posts there are and things like that.

I had trouble finding the Mark Board As Read link on here when I 1st converted. Then it jumped out at me and said Here I am!

Its a text link at the very bottom of every page.



For indivual forums, its at the top under the Start New Topic button.



I use the feature a lot. Its very useful I think.

I don't really use this feature anymore. I did for a while and it's like, eh. I suppose it's okay for big and active forums but for smaller forums... not so much.

I rather like the 'Mark Topics Read' feature in one lone board. Is handy when you aren't wanting to look at something til later.

Only on specific occasions (like a fresh start). Otherwise I'll just read every post.

I use it because I skim through everything. After Ive done that, I mark the board as read then when new posts come up I can spot those easier.

I don't usually use it. If I need to look at something later I just bookmark it. Besides, I may have to go back to old topics later.
