Marriage - Best time to propose

I've been with my girlfriend now for over 4 years. It's been brilliant and like any couple, we do argue from time to time, which has made us break-up for a week or 2 here and there. My question is, when is the best time to propose? I ask this as I feel we are at the stage of moving things to the next level. We have 2 beautiful children together and she is the love of my life. My only problem is that I'm 21 and it seems like a little too early to get married.

I think you're overdue for a marriage from how you described your situation, but only if you feel you're ready for that.

Well I think 28 would be okay for boys as they can develop their career in the mean while.
