Yes at night to help me sleep.
3 x 20mg Propanolol for my tremor. Thought about upping it as my shakes are really bad at the moment.
Been off the painkiller for a week. But have been taking 2-4 codene or tramadol a day for headaches. My mouthguard for night seems to be working as i have woke up with any.
