I personally really love using a mindfulness app on my iPhone 12 mini or iPad Air 2 called : "Petit Bambou". It has guided meditation sessions, bedtime stories, audiobooks, podcasts and yoga lesson daily. It's developed by a professional mindfulness therapist. I love it personally and use it daily after lunch time and in the evening and morning, when I'm more stressed out myself. What about you? Do you do meditation and yoga?
