Honestly, which of the gender that you prefer is truly of opinion, generally the stereotype of how numerous women are is that they're sensitive and feminine which couldn't be further from the truth within most cases as a good portion are partially subliminally supporting the negativity toward their rights because they are too busy being coated in idiocy to come to this realization, and some are just insensitive menaces to society. On the flip side of things, generally a good portion of men tend to be just as badly idiots and have grown to prominence for showcasing their ignorance through violence. I guess that you could get away with stating that we're equals because a majority of both gender are a menace to society. The only time that I can ever give a decisive opinion, would have to be male and females as children, as females tend to annoy me much more, although that's truly just an opinion. Unless you're one of the numerous cases at which you're ignorant and or add nothing toward the world's advancement, I will not suggest that someone is superior to you and or someone else.
If I wanted to truly give you a decisive answer, both genders have their upsides and also have their downsides that assist in the belittling of both genders as a whole, however, neither is truly superior.

If one was better than the other, why are there two genders?
Well, then again, some larger, single-gendered animals reproduce through other means as well, such as parthenogenesis.
