Kill Bill star Michael Madsen has courted controversy by walking the runway at a fashion show wearing a jacket stuffed with knives just days after designer Philipp Plein sent models down the catwalk waving machine guns.

The actor took part in a presentation for the G-Star Raw brand in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday and he wore a denim jacket armed with 10 blades in special pockets and two large machetes strapped to his back.

Stephen Dorff was among the famous faces in the front row to see Madsen on the catwalk for G-Star, which has previously featured Liv Tyler as a model.

Madsen's stunt comes just days after German designer Plein attracted worldwide criticism for arming male models with machine guns during his show at Milan Fashion Week in Italy.

Several of the men waved semi-automatic weapons and had slogans such as Only kill for real love inked on their bare chests, leading to accusations the designer should have been more sensitive to the topic of gun control following the Connecticut school massacre in the U.S. last month.

Insensitive or not?

Now that's a sharp looking jacket!

I think the world's a little too sensitive, and as Evil Eye said, I think we should be focusing more on the stupid.
