...you know, the more I watch this video, the more I have to say, "Well said, sir!"

That police chief in Milwaukee said more truth about what goes on in our urban communities than most every Tom, Dick and Harry commentator who, to quote the aforementioned chief, fires invectives over every little thing the cops do but seemingly couldn't give a damn about the very communities in question.

What is the reasoning for these crimes?  They don't just manifest out of nowhere.  No one wakes up one day after going to bed a normal person their entire life and says, "Hey, I think I'll shoot a little girl in the head today."  That doesn't happen.  It's sick and sad that this shit happens, but maybe if we nipped the reasons why people become criminals in the bud in the first place, we wouldn't have to send our officers out into the field to deal with dead children the victim of homicides.  There sure as hell is something wrong with many communities in this country, and it's not just pockets.  It's the entire system that's fucked up on both the citizen's sides and the authority's.  Let's figure it out right now instead of pointing fingers.  Let's get our heads together and look at the facts.  Let's get as deep as possible, ask every question that needs to be ask, let's address every issue that isn't being addressed or this is going to continue forever if we don't.
