I found out the secret! Every possible number would add up to 9, so whilst the items change, numbers 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72 and 81 are the same thing. That's the idea, but I don't know how it works.

I get it. What ever number you pick, you add the numbers, and got up how many ever it adds to, and it will be the thing she is thinking of.
