I have an Akasa Vortexx Neo fan for my graphics card that I had since a month ago and things have been fine with it only to encounter a problem with it weeks later. I noticed something strange with the fan where it will make a low electrical buzz as it spins but it only lingers between 10-15 minutes and happens randomly when I have the computer on. It happens on and off basically. I was wondering if it was a dust-related or to do with running programs that are computer-intensive and I honestly don't have a clue. Can anyone help me out here?

Thanks for the link, Jazzy. I'll probably underclock the fan's speed to see if that helps. Right now there is no loud noise from the fan but like I said earlier, it happens on and off. At least I have a pair of headphones that can block it out completely.

Actually, I had done some underclocking with the old fan months ago with RivaTuner but it didn't work, only that the problem I had with that one was way worse :\
