Missouri the first in the nation to end all abortions

Here's a question that comes to mind: Illinois next door has said abortion shall remain legal in a post-Roe America; how far do you think Missouri will go to enforce its' ban - just to the state line or beyond? Will they respect the U.S. Constitution's Full Faith & Credit Clause and respect Illinois's position on abortion or will Missouri officials try to stop women from going there to procure abortions if they so choose?

Well it’s murder of a person and if you live in a state and decide to murder in another you need to be prosecuted. Only exceptions are what the left likes to throw at people when this becomes a debate but really has no interest in common ground and that’s rape, incest, personal danger of the mothers health.

Okay, what happens if Illinois (to use the example above) refuses to honor extradition requests from Missouri in that regard?
What next?

It’s a scary crossover.
Its' relevant in this regard, Serafin: in the former, you had states actively refuse to assist and enforce the Fugitive Slave Act. In the example I spoke of earlier, you could very well states refuse to follow the law and the Constitution w/regards to other states on the issue of abortion.

Yes, it is scary for this reason: for the Constitution and the laws passed under it to have any power, they must be uniformly be enforced and recognized between states. When states either refuse to do so for either, that can lead to a country cracking apart at the seams.

If stopping the murder of a child and make no mistake this is all about the right to murder a human life however you want to justify it. And it brings us to actively going to the route of separation then so be it, history will show we held the moral high ground.

It's over, Webnakin! He has the moral high ground! ;) :D

So did Southern segregationists at the beginning of the medern Civils Rights movement and look how that went....

Ain’t it funny all of a sudden the left can now distinguish between a man pretending to be a woman and a real woman for this issue. It’s pretty amazing!

As a non-American, I have no idea why Americans are so divided on leftists and rightists, and why can't they agree on (pretty much?) anything. I do apologize. :)

It seems worse on the internet than it is in real life. You don't see many conservatives and liberals having political arguments when you're out and about. We coexist for the most part.

Okay, but why such strong polarization, like the opposite sides of a magnet? Is there anything both sides can agree on, some common ground, or is it just the mutual 'we're right, you're wrong' back and forth accusations with neither side at least trying to see the other one's viewpoint?

People are too competitive in nature. They just want their side to win.
