The problem is not that the unions are getting healthcare for their members, that they are not being forced into buying into the Federal program that the rest of us will be.
Like those in Congress, they will not be subject to the national plan.
If it is such a great plan, and will do so many wonderful things for so many people, why have they made sure they are not part of it?

We were discussing the American Health Reform Law, commonly called Obamacare, with its mandate that all Americans buy health insurance through one of the approved programs. Unless, of course, you are a Federal Employee, member of Congress, a Union or major business with a Waiver, or already on one of the programs such as Medicaid or Medicare.
