Duh, look at all the past terror plots that FBI was involved in and maybe had things set up such as the World Trade Bombing or the Bombing in Oklahoma... Both terror plots had stinky FBI written all over it, and there's proof! But, of course even with proof people still don't believe it or don't want to believe it...
