Morning exercise for energy

What exercise do you do in the morning? I needed the push ups to give me energy. Of course, there's the warm up of bending and stretching plus the use of the hand grip and dumbbell before I do the 40 push ups. I feel lethargic when I don't do my morning exercise.
 
Just got up 10mins ago and I'm here typing and being on my PC. So I do not have that much of a morning exercise. 40 stairs to go up and down but that's nothing if dod that twice.
 
I always do stretch after waking up. I take a long ride to work so if i don't do it my mind feels lazy during the trip.
 
I don't do anything when I wake up in the morning but I do try to do a few exercises here and there during the day. This is even more important now with me working from home and sitting in the same place throughout the day. I aim for a few pushups, planks etc.
 
I try to make sure to do some stretches for my back. I should start doing a walk or something, but the winter months are coming up.
 
I don't do any exercise when I get up. Mostly in a hurry to get the kids to school and myself to work. Just don't have time. I did do exercises at night before bed though.
 
My morning routine for me is my morning walk,I love being outside in nature,and I love staying in shape.
