Music Therapy, anyone?

I feel like nearly all types of music have some form of therapy. If you listen to more motivational music, you are deemed to receive good inner therapy, whereas, if you listen to more cursing and bad type of music you may be filling yourself with bad inner therapy. It's all in the decisions you make.
As for my music, I always find the best form of inner therapy by listening to Christian Contemporary.
 
I find that my day tends to drag if I don't make part of it including music. I haven't dove into it or anything but I would love to read about the science around music, singing, and what it does to our mind and bodies at molecular level.
 
If I know I'm going to on here for a few hours I will turn on some old 80's music in the background, it's relaxing.
 
I have music playing in the background most of the day. It relaxes me.
 
I love listening to music every day, especially when going out from home.
