My mom used to walk around in her underwear even with friends over and didn't care. She also used to sing at the top of her lungs in the car, even if friends were there. She was a very bold, outspoken person. 
As you said my mom also sings in the car so loud with the windows rolled down and people in other cars or just people walking on the side walk would just be looking and I would hide my face
