I'm going to have two weeks off next month. Any suggestions on what I should do in that time?

Don't have a lot of $$$ to spend.

Sleep an awful lot!

Read a book, finish a TV show, play a game... Just find something you like and do it

Spend time with your daughter; visit your family; catch up with mates; go drinking/ partying; visit somewhere you've never been. Do they have one-day coach trips where you can visit somewhere new and have a nice day out with your fellow passengers? Have a day at the gym, swimming, squash, gym, massage, sauna, etc, then a big Chinese meal in the evening? Visit an Art Gallery or Museum, but not in your home town. Visit a big city that you don't visit often and do the touristy things. Do you have a friend/ gf/ mate you can take along as it's always better if you have someone to chat to. Paint your room. Go horse riding. Visit Jazzy.

When is your time off? Is it Christmas? You could go to New York (if you had the money) and see the Macey's day parade, go to FAO Schwartz and take photo's! (WOW!) Are there any festivities happening in Golden Gate Park that you could attend? Google 'what's on' in your area. You could always try 'couch surfing' where people offer free accommodation for travellers. I'd like to try it but I don't think it's as safe for girls. So you could travel somewhere cheaply (by greyhound?) and then have a night or 2 free whilst you see the sights. You'd get to meet loads of great people too, I'll bet.
