Need Some Help Please

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]When Off Topix upgraded the software, my browser was not compatible. I installed Google Chrome and am running on Windows XP. Not sure if it matters or not but I am on a dial up connection. None of the gif images are moving. I looked at the settings in Google Chrome and show all images and plug-ins are checked off. Other than the gif problem, I love Google Chrome and want to keep it as my browser.

That is a known problem which exists in Safari's WebKit. Since Chrome uses WebKit, this issue exists in Chrome. You can read more about this issue here:

...or so I read on the google support site. Hopefully it's a bit useful, though it could just be that you have a slow connection.

Thank you so much for your reply Cranos! This is just so annoying and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it that I can find. It may seem like not having gifs move is no big deal but to me it is!
