LEARN A LANGUAGE.
It's the must rewarding thing to do, and you get the addiction to learn more quite quickly (like you required). You can do it free thanks to the internet, and even private tutoring to take your skills to the next level tends to be cheap.
I understand if you don't travel much then maybe it's not your kind of thing. But in some careers being able to speak a different language can boost your salary by one hell of a lot.
Someone that has a certain level of education, IT skills, and can speak a middle eastern language, Asian language, English, French, German would get paid 6 figures without any hesitation I think.
