The landlord has finally selected a neighbor to live in the house next to me. After introducing me to like 6 different interested parties, he picked the single mom with a 3 year old daughter. Which will be good because my daughter even told him to pick someone with a little kid. lol.

Cool, even your daughter's opinion counts!

That's great and I'm glad your daughter approves too.

I wonder if this one will up and vanish to a different state one day too?

Just hope she doesn't have guys over all hours of the day and night. How old do you think she is?

She's all moved in now. I dont know how old she is but she looks like she is in her early 20's.

Did you bring her a nice housewarming gift?

She had her friend over (who also has two small kids) and they were up ALL night last night. I heard a noise at 3:30am and I peeked out the window and seen her outside smoking while the kids were playing by the door.

Who would keep kids under 5 years old up all night like that?

A] 5 year olds themselves probably. B] Your new neighbour and her friend.

Sounds like a neighbor from hell has moved in.

We'll see. If she is, then I'll move. Im not on a lease or anything like that.

Maybe they were just celebrating her finding a new place and it was a one night deal. Hope so for your sake and the sake of the children involved.

Nope, its been everyday. I think its time to move. I am tired of this neighborhood anyway. There is a homeless shelter not to far away and there is always crackheads everywhere. I am tired of seeing them.

Shame since you just moved there not long ago and now you have to move again. Ugh....I hate moving

You seem to have bad luck as far as neighbors go. I'm so happy I don't have any neighbors. Do you have any leads on a new place?

I wont be able to move out for a month or two. Need to save up for a deposit and 1st month's rent on a new place.

Kinda sounds like that new neighour and her child was not what you expected.

She's already waking you up and she kepts her daughter up until that tiime?

be careful what you wish for, and be careful when your daughter becomes friends with hers.

She's in her early twenties and just does't know how to raise a child.

Guess you skipped over the whole part of the conversation where I said I was planning on moving.
