The landlord has finally selected a neighbor to live in the house next to me. After introducing me to like 6 different interested parties, he picked the single mom with a 3 year old daughter. Which will be good because my daughter even told him to pick someone with a little kid. lol.

She had her friend over (who also has two small kids) and they were up ALL night last night. I heard a noise at 3:30am and I peeked out the window and seen her outside smoking while the kids were playing by the door.
Who would keep kids under 5 years old up all night like that?

She's already waking you up and she kepts her daughter up until that tiime?

She's in her early twenties and just does't know how to raise a child.
