I will be spending it at a party at a friends place. Pretty excited, I haven't seen some of my friends for months 
Every year we do the new year at Universal Studios. For a 150 dollars a person they close off a section of the park and it is about a dozen different bands playing. Along with all the food you can eat with shrimp, steak, gumbo, deserts, etc.
If we're not in the ER with my mother (just got a phone call that her blood pressure is down and she is totally uncooperative), I'm cooking New Year's Eve dinner for our family, six to eight adults.
Roast turkey, cornbread stuffing, veggies, cole slaw, etc.
For new year's day, I'm now planning on doing nothing, but that may involve beer.
