Have you ever done a newspaper/circular round? I have a small one which I do every Wednesday and Sunday. It's just a bit of extra money and as I need to exercise anyway due to health problems I may as well be doing something while walking.

So I get paid for doing something I am supposed to do anyway. :p

A paper route? I had one briefly when I was 14, then I quit. They expected me to be up EVERY DAY at 5am delivering those papers, and if I was sick or going away for the weekend, they expected me to find my own replacement and pay them myself.

The last part is normal but I get to do my one in the week on either Tuesday or Wednesday at any time during the day/night up to dark. And the weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Or if they come early on a Friday I can do them on the Friday.

My route/round is only about 200 letterboxes though.
