This is not about the libraries. This about a person on there own private land making a place to freely exchange books. The only catch is if you take a book replace it with another one. And now our government seems to think this is something that must be stopped.
I love this quote from the video. The power to require permits is the power to prevent something from ever existing. How true this statement is.
