I have no problem saying no.





If you say no, you have to stick by it and not give-in if they beg, plead, cry-about, or throw a fit. If you do, people will realize that you can be manipulated into saying yes and walk all over you to get whatever they want.

The question is not if you can say it or not.. Its if you like saying it or if you have difficulty saying no/rejecting people and/or their requests.

That would depend on what they are asking of me. I don't like saying no if the request is something that I can do for them. If, however, the person has taken advantage of me in the past, I have no problem telling them no.

Do you find it difficult or easy?

Yes, I do find it difficult. I'm a softy and enjoy helping others. As stated above, it would depend what they are asking of me.
