What's the most dangerous thing you did as a child that you didn't realize was dangerous until you got older?

Don't remember exactly how old I was. I stuck a key in a plug outlet once. It made a spark, the lights flickered and it charred the key. I felt an electric shock go up my arm when I pulled the key back out. I was very lucky I didn't electrocute myself that day.
