Then should they send her back? I think that she is a selfish, self centred and unreasonable.
The irony is, that is she ended up coming down with symptoms she would turn to the same system that she is threatening to take action against to help her save her.

How stupid is this entire discussion?

She has been tested repeatedly and declared free of the disease.

Either the "Ebola Test" is accurate OR it IS NOT.

If the test is dependent on a reasonable incubation period, that should be clearly stated going in: "We'll test you today and again in a week and if both are negative, you're free to go."

If the test is essentially meaningless, save everybody a lot of heartache and quit using it.

not that you would ever wish it on anyone, but if you were to...

Tests are not always accurate. The CDC changes there opinions on Ebola more then a mother changes a new born babies diaper. Is it so much to ask for her to stay in her home for 21 days.

Let me think...no. In addition, (a)someone needed to tell the Governors Fatass (a/k/a LePage & Christie) to STFU on the quarantine issue and (b)it is a sad, sad day when we let fear and panic-mongering rule the day.

Panic and fear started and continues because the federal government handles the situation poorly. While the CDC does a combination of lies and changing there own facts about the disease. And then we think okay the states are going to step up and handle the situation is when governor fat ass as you call him gives in faster then he can suck down a chocolate donut. So this lady who can't see past her own feelings should see the fear among the public and enjoy the free food and catch up on all the t.v. series she missed.

Along with that Ebola is completely not infectious until the patient has become symptomatic, and even then is incredibly difficult to catch.

Many experts disagree with what exactly symptomatic is for a patient and that you could possibly catch just before showing signs.

And it is not incredibly hard to catch. It may not be as easy as getting a cold but it is bad enough that health workers fully covered are getting it. The military is putting all of it's personal under a 21 day quarantine when they returned from Africa. It's just common sense it seems many do not have or just don't care about anyone but themselves to stay clear of people for three weeks. Is that asking for so much?

Yeah, it is. Here's another thought: what's to stop someone coming from West Africa from circumventing the five designated points of entry and entering the U.S. through Chicago O'Hare or LAX?

And why is it asking so much to stay confined for three weeks payed for by the U.S. government?

Its called a passport. They open it and the stamps show where they are from and where they have been. Let alone running the passport through the computer. This is not a hard thing to do.
