As many of you here on Off Topix seem to enjoy listening to music, we now present the Off Topix Record Chart!
Over the course of this month you will be able to submit and vote for your favourite songs. At the end of the month we will post the best hundred* songs as determined by you!
(If less than hundred songs are submitted, things will change.)
Rules
- Every member may submit up to 5 different songs. Please keep all your songs in one post.
- To submit your song: Name the artist and title of the song. Highlight the name of the song and click on - Paste the link to your video/audio. Once you paste your link, click ok.
- Songs must be submitted by posting them in this thread.
- You may, of course, vote for your own submissions.
Winnings
The person to submit the #1 song will receive $500*.
The person to submit the #2 song will receive $400*.
The person to submit the #3 song will receive $300*.
The person to submit the #4 song will receive $200*.
The person to submit the #5 song will receive $100*.
(Off Topix bucks that is.)
You have until April 23rd to submit songs.
Further proceedings
After the 23rd all songs will be collected in a poll.
If there are over a hundred songs, voting will be split up into two steps.
The first poll will serve to eliminate enough songs to end up with a hundred.
The second poll will decide the position of every song on the chart. (This to make sure no votes are lost. A second choice might make it into the final hundred after all.)
