A family on a tropical holiday discover that the secluded beach where they are staying is somehow causing them to age rapidly - reducing their entire lives into a single day.

I really want to see this. It looks both amazing and terrifying simultaneously. I remember seeing a preview on tv for it and it caught my attention. But then I forgot about it until I saw this thread.

I'll probably see it out of curiosity; but, I know the director is really hit or miss when it comes to films through the years.

For some reason I thought it was already streaming. I checked and it's coming out in July.

The twist is its an endless loop they cant get out of and alex wolf will turn into his dad and that little blonde girl will turn into the mom and theyll have the babies you see grow as kids at the beginning of the movie - just a theory

This summer, visionary filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan unveils a chilling, mysterious new thriller about a family on a tropical holiday who discover that the secluded beach where they are relaxing for a few hours is somehow causing them to age rapidly … reducing their entire lives into a single day.

If they age years in hours, and that girl can get pregnant, does that mean these women are getting their period about 30 every hour? I hope they brought some extra maxi-pads.

@Empire I don't think it works that way. It's probably some sort of dark magic at work in the plot of the film.

Just learned that this is based on a 140-page graphic novel and decided to read it.

It's been an... interesting read, even though there really isn't much else going on other than what you see in the trailer. You can pretty much guess how it ends.
