Do you believe in the saying "Once a cheater, always a cheater?"

Nope. Some people can change so in the future they'll forget about cheating on someone.

Depends on the person I'd say.

But, I don't understand why people cheat in the first place. If they want to be intimate with someone else, they should just break up with their current partner and move on.

I believe that people can truly change if they want to but that is the problem... they don't want to change because they think their is the best it will be. Every cheater was once faithful till they weren't so if faithlessness is born of faithful people then the opposite can be true as well. It's all down to how much they want to change. Just because most don't want to change doesn't mean no one can or will change.

Yes. To me, if you cheat, that makes you a cheater plain and simple. You may or may not do it again, but the fact of the matter is that you cheated on someone and that was a bad thing. I would never take back someone who cheated on me. You get one chance and one chance only.

If they did it once then what would stop an individual from cheating again. This type of person takes the next best thing every time so yes I believe that "once a cheater always a cheater" is a pretty accurate saying.
