Cheating is a concept that includes various aspects of frustration and dissatisfaction. When you can't really be honest with yourself to know what you want for your relationship, the "cheater" will do it again, sooner or later.

Yes I think it is majorly so. Because from personal experience people that cheats do it again and again until they find partners that will embrace them just like that.

There are several different reasons why people cheat in relationships. If a person is an habitual cheat that just doesn't have any reason to cheat, they probably would not change. Those that have genuine reasons they cheat always change if that cause is fixed.

I have seen how people change when the need to change arises. When the cause of an issue is traced and the problem fixed, everything usually normalises.
However, I know that there are chronic cheaters who just cheat for no reason, such people should never be in a relationship.

I would say yes. If you are willing to cheat, you are willing to cheat again. I don't believe people change when it comes to something like that.
