How long are you supposed to stare? I don't see a thing

I find it's easier if you approach it a little cross eyed to begin with...Then stare directly at the middle...with your face about a foot away....you should see the sunken image in a few seconds...it takes me less than 5 secs normally, but it varies from person to person..

It can take a lot of practise to see em, took me a while. But now I can always see em right away
