Sorry About Your Damn Luck

Is a saying by my favourite wrestler in TNA. Cowboy James Storm.

That's cool. I was wondering what that acronym stood for.

I just joined this afternoon. I used to use some reference to my real name, but have since decided that I need to be a bit more anonymous, This is odd..back in the 80s I liked a group called Simple Minds. Not sure why. So, I guess I wanted to reference them. Plus as a shout out to the fact that I am broken..not too normal in this life.

And how many of us can admit in front of a forum full of possibly judgemental strangers that they are not normal? I have either thrown myself to the wolves, or will fit right in. Only time will tell.

Madi is what people call me. My real name is Ahmed.

Commander is the title that people gave to me both on the internet and in real life, because they say I have the charactersitics of a leader or a commander

Comes from two NHL teams to name a part off of an airplane: Winnipeg JETs, Detroit Red WINGs. And 34 was a random number, hence JetWing34.

The Silver Panda was a fictional animal I designed for Zoo Tycoon 2. I kind of liked the name, so I use it on forums now.

On some forums I go by the username Michael W. Smith Fan because I'm a fan of the religious artist Michael W. Smith. On other forums my username is my actual first name. It all depends on what kind of mood I'm in at the time of registering at the site in question, really.

Mine came about when I used to co own a Call of Duty forum (Roach was a character from the campaign) the name just stuck.

While my husband was active duty (retired now) in the Coast Guard, they called him boats at one point because he was a Boatswain Mate. Therefore, boatswife! LOL I've used it for years.

That sounds interesting. What's a boatswin mate though? I suppose that's one of their ranks?

Sk8 is derived from my old email account which contained "skater_girl," and happened to be the first real account I made on a forum back in 2005 I have actively stayed a part of; however, everyone always dropped the rest of my name and called me "Sk8," so I stuck to that later on when I created new forums.

In the circle of forums I frequent, I am the only Sk8, XD

My original name, Shiro Yuri, is a character I've written about for years now. She was originally called Shiro Aneko, but I changed it because it sounded bad >.> Her name means "White Lily" and is a flower relating to death and funerals, which ties into her tragic backstory. I added the nickname Tenshi, which means "Angel" later on.

The other name I've used here, Setsuko Kuroe, is an opponent from the Shutokou Battle series of videogames. She's a street racer who goes by the name of Dejected Angel, and drives a Nissan Silvia S15. Setsuko means "Snow Child" and Kuroe is an alternate spelling of kuro, which means "black" in Japanese. It's also the phonetic spelling of Chloe.

My current name is taken from Final Fantasy IX. The main love interest, Princess Garnet Til Alexandros XVII, changes her name during the story, and the default choice is Dagger, after she asks the main character about his weapon of choice.

The Boatswain mate is an enlisted rate in the Coast Guard. They are like a "jack of all trades". They can drive the boat, work on the deck or at the stations. They are driven to be leaders and in charge. But not at home! LOL

My last name is Berlyn, kids at school used to pick on me and call me Berlo. Not that it's an offensive name, it was more the tone they used to try and mock me. I just decided to keep it as a way to say "screw you".

Confab-It is the name of my site. :P

My usual online name which I use on my forums was a result of my friend recommending it to me; we met on an online game and wanted usernames similar to each-other. I only found out a year or so later it's named after an item on the game Runescape.
