Is Creamy or Chunky better for cookie baking and/or sandwiches?

Do you think Natural peanut butter with no or limited amounts of added sweeteners worth the higher price and shorter shelf life once opened?

I have natural peanut butter right now. It's pretty good, I just don't like all the stirring.

I usually get Jif Natural creamy to make sandwiches but it isn't all natural (Nebulous mentioned) like the kind you have to stir before each use. I use to get that stuff & I was too tired to eat after spending the 5 minutes of stirring.

The peanut butter I got has nothing added to it but, I don't need to stirr it. It's fine and pasty without messing with it. (Ingredient list only says 100% peanut).

I buy Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter. I tried the natural Peanut Butter once but didn't like the taste.
