I love cake! It has to be the right kind though or I'd go with pie

I can't eat any of the choices, but if I had to choose I would choose pie.
I would say it's a mix of both. It has a crust and filling and is topped with fruit. Cheesecakes don't have layers, but use leavening like a cake would.
