How well do you play your video games when other people are around?

I practically never play when others are around, just not something I ever do.

I try to avoid playing games when we have company over just because it's somewhat disrespectful. I do have some friends that will come and play with me, like playing Madden together, etc and it doesn't really bother me.

I don't ever play video games when I have anyone over. As others have said, it seems to be rude. There's plenty of times where I'd much rather be gaming though. But seriously, if my girlfriend randomly starts watching me, I'll start playing terribly. I'll choke. :p

You play Madden?

We need to face off!

I don't play video games when I have guests over.

I like playing alone late at night.

When I was younger, I was more competitive than I am now. It is fine if I cannot win while playing with others. Having fun is the most important thing for me these days.

Yes, obviously, why wouldn't I? Although, obviously, playing alone is more enjoyable because you get fully immersed in the story. However, if the person you're playing with is just as invested in the story as you are and focuses on the game as much as you are, then you'll enjoy it just as much as playing alone.
