TommyTooter said:the police have been caught lying several times. wilson was not severely injured. i haven't studied the autopsy report yet, but are his knuckles bruised?
We do not know if this came from the police. All kinds of people have been speculating on his condition coming from all kinds of sources. I dont know if you would call it severe but having your eye hit so it swells shut may not be that socket thing but that is taking a pretty good beating.
most witnesses say that brown reacted when wilson grabbed him, there was a little scuffling, but wilson fired on brown while he was moving away from him with his hands up saying don't shoot.
I disagree on that statement. I bet I could find just as many articles and you tube videos giving a opposite opinion and just as convincing.
an independent coroner hired by the family stated that he believed too many shots were fired.
Hired by the family. Do we really need to continue?
it was an extrajudicial execution. an insult to the constitution and every cop who ever died in the line of duty doing his job right. wilson jacked that kid up for walking down the middle of a side street. nothing more. sure it's unclear what happened between the initial stop and the killing shot, but that boy was executed for jaywalking once you strip away all the excess noise.
Thats is a opinion with no facts at this point. I am leaning towards the other direction at this time and that also is just speculation.
TommyTooter said:yes we do. there was nothing unethical in the man's report. he is a retired medical examiner and the kind of person often brought in as expert witness in cases like this.
Right! No jury would except that testimony alone hired by the family of the victim. Dismissed!
you have a full of himself cop who imposed himself on a kid who reacted rather than complied. he lied about his injuries and it's even been said that CNN used x-rays from somebody who really had a busted sub-orbital bone when they made the report they later retracted.
Just pure speculation at this point on everything you wrote and who did what and said what.
more than anything else, his procedure was all wrong. he should never have done a thing without backup. you insult the memory of every courageous officer killed in the line of duty attempting to subdue an unarmed suspect by supporting wilson at all, regardless of what details will turn out to be accepted as truth.
I disagree he should have gotten back up at that point for what he thought at the time was just something minor from what we know so far. Thats like saying every time someone gets pulled over a cop needs to call back up.

even when it's proven that the cops lied and that this whole mess wasn't done correctly... that tells me that they tried to cover up something... and if you can't see that then open those eyes up...
i'm sure if real hard facts and evidence emerges that points against the cop, you'll still go against the unarmed black teenager...
They would be when two others give different accounts.TommyTooter said:speculation my ass. do i need to publish CNN's retraction? the dude was treated and released for a 'swollen face'. for all we know he could have smacked his face on the car door getting out of it.
Yes speculation. You just gave CNNs speculation. Does CNN have a written document from the treating doctor saying what his condition is? Does CNN have photos showing his condition?
outside expert witness is not usually rejected by a jury because they were hired by the plaintiffs that i know of. can you show some evidence to support that opinion?
according to several witnesses brown hardly ever struck anybody, usually using his size to intimidate people being aggressive with him. i see a notoriously corrupt and violent police department scrambling to make brown look bad so they can write off a bad shooting as justifiable.
And I am sure they looked for the victims of his assaults to ask them. And who are these witnesses. Teachers, employers? Or friends and family who have a personal agenda? And hardly does not mean never.
