There's this restaurant near me that does a fully loaded mac n' cheese with pasta shells, three cheeses (very gooey), bacon, and mushrooms but I request it without the mushrooms because they're disgusting.  It's probably some of the best mac n' cheese I've had in my life.

Hot Dogs and Mac & Cheese. My family was poor when I was younger and I remember it was a special dinner if I got the mac & cheese AND Hot dogs. Delicious.
