yes it should..........would make it easier to control, .....i think it should only be allowed in organised brothels which would get it off the streets, should be easier to ensure its not part of organised crime, be easier to make sure the girls are healthy..................not that i would be the slightest bit interested n using such an establishment mind you
If it were legalized, it wouldn't be a victimless crime as it would not be a crime at all.
I was responding to her statement saying since its not going away, it should be legal. That is not a good reason to legalize something. Granted she did provide some reasons following that statement but I chose to ignore those and go for the easy target.
