When was your "I don't get paid enough for this shit" moment?

Getting bitched at for things that really shouldn't be that big of a deal by self entitled customers who think they deserve everything.  Being accused of stealing someone money, which was in the form of an offer that was given to them for free (it wasn't their money in the first place).

Every time I have to tell family and/or friends that their loved one/ones didn't survive the accident. For me, this is the worst part of my job.
