A US rabbi bought a desk on Craigslist only to find a bag stuffed with $98,000 in cash hidden inside.
Rabbi Noach Muroff, of New Haven, Connecticut, returned the money to the original owner of the $200 desk.
He and his wife found the money when they had to take it to pieces as it wouldn't fit through their office door.
They found the cash - worth more than £60,000 - in a plastic bag hidden behind the drawers.
Rabbi Muroff said: "The desk did not fit into this office by fraction of an inch. Behind the drawers there is this plastic bag, like shopping.
"We open it up and it's full of cash. And we counted up and there's $98,000 cash sitting in the bag.
"Right away my wife and I sort of looked at each other and said we can't keep this money."
They picked up the phone and called the original owner who had stuffed her inheritance in the desk and forgot where she put the money.
The lady, who has not been identified, was apparently "speechless" to have the money returned while Rabbi Muroff said the most important thing in life was to be honest.

Would you have kept the money? Why / Why not?
