On GoDaddy.com your constantly surrounded by the damn ads,I've never seen a site that's as annoying.It's hard looking and actually finding what you want! Try purchasing a domain through their interface. When I want to purchase example.com I DON'T WANT WANT TO PURCHASE example.net, example.tv, example.me example.stfu. That doesn't matter because GoDaddy sucks anyways,read all the horror stories.
GoDaddy is cheap but you get what you pay for.
Name.com isn't better at all my connection to their website is constantly being timed out.I couldn't find their payment methods.NVM I found their payment methods AND I'm not getting timed out anymore.=) But, my gut is saying not to purchase from there.
Gandi.net I'm about to purchase a domain with them (19.95CDN),a bit expensive for a domain compared to some others but,I barely see any bad reviews.I also get my email questions answered in less than a day.
