Councillor says alleged rape victim was too ugly to be attacked
Do you think action should have been taken? Why/Why not?

She claims she was sexually assaulted in Italy but police there believe she has made the attack up.
Drury wrote: ‘Not sure anyone would even want to think about it looking at her lol’.
He was shadow cabinet leader of East Hampshire District Council until standing down ‘due to work pressure’.
Miss Bowes, who has waived her right to anonymity, is facing extradition to Italy over the allegations.
A council investigation found that no action should be taken because he was not acting in his capacity as a councillor when he made the comment.
He is still a councillor.
