Have you heard of this?

The raw food diet is a diet based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, nuts, dried fruit, and seaweed.

Heating food above 116 degrees F is believed to destroy enzymes in food that can assist in the digestion and absorption of food. Cooking is also thought to diminish the nutritional value and life force of food.

Typically, at least 75% of the diet must be living or raw.

I wonder if they eat meat though.. Is this like vegetarian to the next level?

I dont think they eat meat. It's like fruitarians. They just eat raw fruit and seeds.

Most of my vegetables and fruits are eaten raw (exceptions include, pumpkin, potato, parsnip etc).

My red meats are done rare, so technically raw in the middle.

Wow.. Doubt I could stick to that diet; a bit extreme? Raw food diet is a no go for me.

Well raw fruits and veggies arent that big of deal.. Meat would be different though. I guess its all in the preparation.
