The team is in Malaysia for the Grand Prix so the owner is evidently all hot air.

He complains about politics being too great a factor in the sport but by threatening to quit, is just more. They won't want them to quit because of all the money they get. So by threatening to pull out he is taking part in the very thing he says he despites.
So my first statement in the thread was correct.
