Remaking vs New Forum

Recently Ive sold off all my old domains I wasn't using anymore..

If you bought a domain from someone that was formerly associated with a forum, would you try to remake that forum or make a totally new forum that just happens to share the same name.

Yeah, I sold off most of my domains to one person and they asked for any graphics I had and anything else associated with the forum I used to run. (Which I dont, its all deleted)

I told him this:

I have sold you the domains. If you choose to make a forum with them, it will be a totally new forum and have nothing to do with my forum that happened to have the same name.
