Depends on what you have.



If you have an upset stomach--tea and toast.

If you just have body aches, chills, etc--hot liquids to break up mucus, and cool liquids to keep hydrated.

a good medicine for aches--either tylenol or ibuprophen.
 
Time. And soda doesn't work. Adults think it does, but all it really does is help you hiccup so you can have the slightest chance of un-clogging/popping your ears
